Overtake · Last updated 27 August 2026

Overtake is a party game you play in the same room as other people. It has no accounts, no profiles and no advertising, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. This page describes everything the app collects and why.

What the app collects

What the app does not do

Who processes this data

Overtake is made by Toast Mobile. Data is processed on our behalf by Google (Firebase) and RevenueCat, and by Apple or Google Play when you make a purchase. We do not pass your data to anyone else.

How long it is kept

Room data lives only as long as the room. Analytics and crash data are retained under Firebase's standard retention periods. Purchase records are kept for as long as needed to restore your purchase and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Children

Overtake is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. The app has no chat, no user profiles and no way for players to send each other free-form messages.

Your rights

Because there is no account, there is no profile to log into and inspect. If you want the anonymous data associated with your device deleted, or you have any question about this policy, email support@toastmobile.com and say so — please include your platform and roughly when you last played, since that is all there is to go on.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and the updated version is published here.
